Is Eastview for you? Here's How To Find Out

 

 We have developed a three-step-process by which the applicant and Eastview can determine whether or not they are a good match:

​

   1.  The applicant completes an Application for Share Purchase and Membership             Enrolment Form and submits it either in person to Eastview's president

        (519-743-4954) or emails it to eastviewkw@gmail.com

​

    2.  Board members review the application form and, if approved, arranges a                    meeting in  which the Board and the applicant discuss his/her suitability for               membership.

​

    3.  If the initial meeting is a success then the applicant is invited to a                                    members' meeting so that the current  members and  the applicant can                      decide if he/she will be a good fit for the Eastview community. If both                          members and applicant are amenable, the share  transfer will be approved by            a  members vote.
