Monthly Maintenance Fee
Eastview's maintenance fees are comparable to, or even less, than most condo fees.
Eastview's operating expenses and reserve fund are maintained by the modest monthly maintenance fee paid by each member (average, $290).
This fee also pays for property tax, heating, water, hydro, waste management, equipment & supplies. To facilitate maintenance fee payments Eastview offers electronic funds transfer. Members can also pay by post-dated cheques.
Some members pay an additional fee for garage
occupancy and surface parking
